We are recruiting for our client, a multinational German production company, an IT SPECIALIST
(Workplace) for their IT Global Team in Sibiu. He or she has to be fluent in English and German.
Requirements:
- Completed specialist training as IT specialist, with client experience in client management, preferably in production and development areas;
- 3-5 years experience in areas such as IT administration or service desk;
- High customer orientation;
- Drivers license.
Main tasks:
- Patch management for client OS and applications;
- Managing printing services;
- Managing antivirus system;
- Miscellaneous tasks;
- Processing of service requests and faults in the workstation environment;
- Administration and implementation of the topics defined below in an international environment;
- Control of external service providers;
- Cooperation in IT projects.
